When I said that the demand schedule applies to everything from laundry and travel to the kitchen, I meant to say that it is always a demand schedule. We can set the schedule whenever we want, but we can also do the same in the kitchen because we constantly want to be sure that it is coming from the right place.

Because I don’t like to spend time thinking about my menus or meal preparation. I like to make a meal and have a meal ready to eat. I can spend an hour of my day on a new diet and have dinner ready, and I don’t have to think about it all night. I’m not a slave to meal planning, so I like to plan things that I can just be at and eat the food I cook.

For instance, some studies tell us that eating too much sugar (like chocolate) can actually cause sugar to build up in your blood and create a condition called “glycation,” which leads to insulin resistance.
