When you are trying to change your habits, things happen as you are trying to change their habits. When you are trying to change your thoughts, you can change the way you think. When you are changing your way of thinking, you are changing the way you think.

When you are trying to control your thoughts and actions, they control you.

That’s right. When we are trying to control our thoughts and actions, we are controlling ourselves. When our thoughts and actions control us, it’s a problem, no matter what you do.

I think the thing we sometimes forget is that thoughts and actions don’t come from us. They come from our environment, our family, our friends, and our culture. All that we can do is try to control our thoughts and actions so that they don’t control us.

When we attempt to control our thoughts and actions, we are actually trying to control our environment. It’s when we attempt to control our thoughts and actions that we are also controlling what we are doing.

This is true. But that doesn’t mean we need to stop controlling our thoughts and actions. In fact its when we try to control them that it really screws us over. For instance, if you try to not get into an argument, then you are likely to get into one. And if you try to avoid drinking too much alcohol, then after that you might get into too much of it as well. So the problem doesn’t lie in trying to control it.

When we say we are controlling our thoughts and actions, we are not really saying that we are trying to control our thoughts and actions. We are just saying that we are controlling our thoughts and actions and that in turn affects our behavior. We are not really saying that we are trying to control our thoughts and actions. We are just saying that we are controlling our thoughts and actions and that in turn affects our behavior.

This is just a little bit misdirection.
