The job analyst should also be able to tell whether they’re being asked to do a job correctly and whether they’re being asked to do it as a temporary replacement for a past employee.
The fact is the job analyst doesn’t work with the applicants, and that’s how it’s used. The job analyst should not be able to do it as well; the interviewer is not supposed to do it as well.
If you dont want to accept a job interview from a person who is not an actual employee of your company, then you need to be able to tell whether the interviewer is a real person or a pretend employee from another company which wants to throw you under the bus. If the interviewer is impersonating a real person, then you have to be able to tell that. If the person is not a real person, then you have a problem.

There are tons of companies out there that are the same as each other when it comes to hiring. Not only that, but they all make mistakes. So if you can get a hold of one company that you think is a good fit for you, you should be able to get them to be an even better fit. But if you dont like their mistakes, you have a problem. You should be able to deal with that.
The way to avoid this is by doing a job analysis. You should be able to tell if a company is making mistakes so you can get them to make more mistakes. I think its important to have a job analysis in order to weed out the companies that are just making you a bunch of work. But if you dont like the company, you should be able to say, “Hmmm… they are making mistakes, but they are making them right.
