Forget is the hardest one. I can remember if Ive been to a party and had some drinks, but I cant remember if Ive had a long day at work. Ive always had to learn how to adjust my to-do list at the end of the week. Ive had to adjust my work hours, my eating habits, my sleep patterns.
I’m not saying that at all. I mean, I have been in the most difficult of times and I have made mistakes. I have tried to move my schedule to the next Saturday, but for the most part it hasn’t helped.
One of the most important things to remember about time management is that you will have to make adjustments from time to time. If you are used to working a 9-5 job, then you will probably have to make some adjustments. If you are used to working a 8-5 job, then you will probably have to make some adjustments. You can use this adjustment as an opportunity to practice some new skills or new habits.

The long-run adjustments are those that are so large and complicated that you can’t really do them in a short amount of time. The amount of time you should be able to find it is up to you. For example, I would be surprised if you could do an entire year of short-term adjustments in one year.
When making changes to your time schedule, there is no one correct answer. You need to figure out which of your short-term adjustments to make and then make long-term adjustments that will take advantage of your flexibility. You can always try to make your time better than it was before, but at some point you are going to need to be very aware of what is going on around you. You will need to be able to predict and understand how your work will affect your life and adjust accordingly.
