This book is dedicated to all the doctors who have ever treated me. Doctors have treated me, and in the process, have treated me badly. I’ve gotten good care, but nothing compares to what the medical community did to me.
The medical community is not perfect, but I still think it is a pretty good system of care. I mean, after all, we are human beings, and we need medical care.
It is not entirely inaccurate to say that the medical community is one of the most toxic groups of people I have ever seen. They are filled with the most arrogant, pompous, and condescending people I have ever encountered. They are the reason I got into medicine. They are the reason why I still believe in modern medicine.
The medical industry is a particularly toxic one because its employees have the worst attitudes toward their patients. Every single member of the medical industry is a jackass. There is one doctor I have ever seen who actually tried to hide his own alcoholism from his patient. Another doctor told a patient, “I have a problem because I have a drinking problem.” This type of attitude is common in the medical industry, and I find it absolutely hilarious.
The medical industry has had more than its fair share of jackasses in it. One of the only things that makes me proud to be a doctor is that I have never heard a patient say, “I think I’m going to die today.” All I hear is, “I don’t know if I can take it.
But there are times when we hear a patient say, I think Im going to die today. Not because they’re drunk, but because they’re dying. It’s the only time I can hear the patient say, I think Im going to die today, and it’s not because the patient is actually dying. That’s when I know we’ve got a real problem, and I can’t tell if it’s a real problem or just an excuse.
Well, that’s because most people don’t truly know what that “real problem” is. And if they do, they don’t usually say that they think they’re going to die today. But if the patient is suffering from some serious medical condition, then even the most casual observation can tell them something’s wrong. A person who has a serious medical condition is generally dying because they can’t take it anymore.
As a medical patient, I know what it feels like to be dying from a medical condition. I can tell you that if you have cancer and you have a chance of dying from cancer, I can tell you that that could be your last chance to live.

Doctors, I really do think this is bullshit. It’s not even cancer. It’s something like AIDS. A person with AIDS has no other choice but death. Even if you cure them, they still have to die. As a medical patient, I can tell you that if you have AIDS and you have a chance of dying from AIDS, I can tell you that that could be your last chance to live.
