It is a simple list and it looks like the audience is just a group of people who are ready to give you a call. The next time you go to a meeting that is a strategic marketing meeting, you are presented with a different list. It is then presented with the list of the top five most important people in the company.

The problem is that senior executives are not always at the top of the pyramid. Instead, senior executives are at the top of the pyramid of the strategy they follow. It’s not that senior executives do not follow the process, it’s just that they are not in the “top” position of the pyramid.
