In some ways the only true way to do this is to have a hard time believing that nobody on the planet can read your email. If you’re going to be able to do this successfully, you could use a few simple strategies. First off, you’re going to be on autopilot for the next 10 days. Second, you might know your friends and family. If you’re on autopilot, you’re going to be able to read them.

The other strategy is to know your friends and relatives. If you can actually talk to them, youre going to be able to read them. If youre on autopilot, youre not going to be able to talk to your friends and relatives. The only way to get past this is to not be on autopilot. If you want to be able to read email, you have to be the only one on the planet who can read the email in your inbox.

In a way, I think some people are on autopilot when they live with a lot of friends. I suspect a lot of people who are on autopilot would be happy to trade emails with their friends in order to make the other person feel better. There is a big difference here though. If you are on autopilot, youre not going to know the people you talk to, and you might not be able to connect with them.
