When we talk about good marketing, it probably means things like good product quality and good service. We’ve been talking about getting customers, but I dont think that’s really the right word. We need to get people to buy our product. We need to get them to understand that what we’re doing is something that works. We need to get them to understand why and how this works.

What I’m saying is that you have to start thinking about who you need to convince. You need to convince people because they are people, and they are not objects. They are people. They have feelings. They have hopes and dreams. They have hopes and dreams of what they want for themselves. They need to understand why you are talking about what you are talking about, and they need to understand why you are talking about what they want.
