We found that it is possible to have a leader that is both on the same page and creative to get different ideas out. That’s why we believe that good leadership is an ability to recognize the need for people to work differently.

Some people may be able to follow in the footsteps of their predecessors. But if you want them to be on the same page with you, then you have to be able to be the one guiding them. This means you have to set the example for them. I’m not saying that your job as a leader is to be someone who tells everyone what to do. I’m just saying that you need to be able to be on the same page with your employees.
The best ways to be on the same page with your employees is through creating a positive work environment where everyone feels like they are contributing to the company. If you have a “work hard, play hard” mentality then your employees will feel like they are having fun and doing a job they love. This will help them feel like they are doing something that is of value to the company.
