You have to put in the time, you have to be willing to sacrifice a little bit of your personal time to be a part of a higher-level group, but when you are a leader, you don’t have to be “the boss” all the time. You are a servant.

But because of all the problems that can go wrong when you have a leader that is weak, the leader can have a huge problem because of the decisions that they just make on their own.

When we go back to our personal lives, we tend to have our own issues of leadership. We tend to have our own issues of leadership because we don’t care to think about what is going to happen, or what is going to happen to the people we love.

The second stage of success is to create a leader who is not afraid of the situation. Think of it like a leader who is afraid of being seen as weak and scared to make sure everyone else is on the same page. And you can get a good leader if you think about it.
