This is just a personal story about a particular individual who is trying to take advantage of others through fraud. I’m not saying that this is the way our society has gone, but it is certainly something I see happening.
The truth is that the world is not perfect. And there are some people like me that try to get ahead of the game by looking for loopholes in the system. For example, I do not make a living from health care. I take vacations, I make my own clothes, and I do whatever it is that I want to do. I’m not some “I’m rich because I play online” type of person.
Yeah, the whole point of having health care is that we can afford it, you know? So the system is designed to keep you healthy. A lot of people are doing things that don’t look like they’re healthy, like a lot of people are going to their local emergency room just to get something for free. When I first saw that, I thought, “this is not really a sick person on vacation.
The lawsuit against Ultimate Medical Academy is a perfect example. The suit (which has been filed in federal court in New Jersey ) alleges that Dr. Vahns is illegally using the school’s computer and Internet infrastructures in order to “compete” with the school’s staff and students. The lawsuit also claims that Dr.
Dr. Vahns is a respected doctor, and that he has no intention of competing with the Academy, and that the Academy has no intention of competing with him for staff and students. Although that may sound like something I would be happy to have happen, the reality is that he has been doing so for years, and the Academy is simply now trying to fight back against him. If you think he is a sick person, then it isn’t that far from the truth.
The thing that bothers me the most about the lawsuit is that it sounds like this is the first time that any of these doctors has ever made an argument like that to anyone. There would be no reason if they were just going to take his word for it, but they are going to keep fighting for his reputation, his reputation is worth a lot more than that.
I think it is pretty clear that Colt is a sick person. And like most sick people, he has a need for attention. But the Academy isn’t just going to let him get away with it. They want to use this as an opportunity to take out the doctors who have been causing him so much harm. Because of the way he’s been treated the doctors will probably all be fired and replaced with someone who’s more sympathetic.
The lawsuit that has been filed against the academy states that Colt has been unfairly treated because of his age (26), and also because he has a history of mental illness. The doctors who are treating him are also in their 40s. This is a very sick individual and the Academy needs to take action. The Academy needs to stop treating this person the way they have been. If they want to continue to use him as a pawn, they need to fire him or replace him.
While I’m not a lawyer, I’m not sure I believe that the academy has the legal right to use such a sick individual as a pawn. Of course, it’s not the first time the academy has been involved in such a situation. So it’s not surprising that the academy wants to be in charge of people’s lives. As for Colt’s mental illness, I’m not sure he’s the patient to complain about this. He’s a patient, and he’s treated like one.
I read an article last week about a guy who was allegedly taken from his family for being a horrible person and now being used as a patient. I mean come on. Its not like this guy can just walk into a hospital and get treated like a normal patient. I mean its obviously a mental disorder, but he was treated like an outpatient because he was just a guy who played video games or went to a club. And he was just a guy who had a bad attitude.
