You know how I said that the two major data points in this graph are how much food you have and how much money you have? The second point is the most important. It shows you how much food you actually need to eat to maintain your weight. The first point tells you how much you need to eat to get your weight back. It’s a very important indicator because it tells you how to prioritize your food.
