We may choose to eat candy to make ourselves feel good. We may choose to eat foods to enhance our sense of taste. And so forth. We may use what we choose to eat to enhance our moods and our feelings.

This is just one example of how we may choose to avoid the temptation to eat foods we want to eat. If we want to avoid the temptation to eat foods, we can do this too. We can choose to eat food we like to eat, or we can find restaurants in the area who are willing to serve us food to our liking. If we decide to eat something that has a good taste, we can choose to give it a shot.
