In order to maximize their pleasure in life, you need the consumer to think. What is the product and the consumer are? Are they to interact with each other like pets? Are they to be treated like pets? It’s the behavior that counts, the behavior that makes them tick.
The product is what the consumer believes it is. The product is what is deemed to be the best. It is the most important, and it is the best.
Well, that said, if you take the time to read the product’s definition, you will find that we do a lot of things that are to be categorized and labeled, and we do a lot of things that are not. We are a big fan of the “what is it” versus “is it” debate. In fact, it’s the same debate. We love to say that we are a product, and we love to say that we are a service.
