I am the Director for Marketing, and there are also other directors and managers within finance. I am also the Operations Manager, and there are other managers within Personnel. I also have a team of two other managers within Production.

Marketing is where the most communication is between a company and its clients, and the people in Finance manage all of the day-to-day expenditures. The reason is that you can change your organization, but it’s not a sure thing. Some people don’t like to change, but others don’t want to. You have to be a good team player and have been for a while. And you are a good team player, but a lot of people won’t listen to you, so you have to put it out there. A lot of people don’t want to do that, but they don’t want to do it.
